An example change order. This confirmation is a record of agreement, not a legally binding electronic signature.

How it works

Five steps, from the first agreement to the last extra.

  1. Write the scope of work

Start from a template (website, logo and brand, content, or custom): deliverables, what is not included, revision rounds, price and deadline.

  2. Your client accepts it by link

You send the link yourself, by email or chat. Your client reads the scope on their phone, types their name and accepts.

  3. Log every request

Mark each request as in scope, a revision, or out of scope. The revision counter shows when the agreed rounds are used up.

  4. Change orders, approved by link

Turn an out-of-scope request into a change order with a price and extra days. Your client approves or declines it by link.

  5. Download the evidence PDF

One PDF with every scope version, every change order, who decided, the time in UTC, and a SHA-256 hash of what they saw.

A clear record of what was agreed

When your client accepts a scope or approves a change order, Questproof keeps a copy of exactly what they saw, the name they typed and the server time. That copy can't be edited later. If the scope changes, it becomes a new version that your client accepts again.

Each record has a SHA-256 hash, printed in the PDF. Anyone can check that the attached copy has not changed.

What an approval is, and what it is not

This confirmation is a record of agreement, not a legally binding electronic signature.

This sentence appears on every client page and in every PDF.

What it does, and what it doesn't

It does

  • Scope of work from a template, with versions
  • Client links to accept a scope or decide on a change order, with no client account
  • A revision counter that shows when the agreed rounds are used up
  • Totals: original price plus approved extras
  • An email to you when your client decides

It doesn't

  • Take payments or send invoices. Keep using your own tools for that.
  • Email your client. You send each link yourself.
  • Use AI to read your messages.
  • Replace a contract or work as a legal signing service.

Common questions

Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link, read, type their name and decide. One link records one decision.
Does Questproof email my client?
No. You copy the link and send it the way you already talk to them. We only email you.
What happens to my links if I stop paying for Pro?
Every link you already sent keeps working, and nothing is hidden. You can archive and export on every plan.
Can I delete a project?
Projects are archived, not deleted, because they hold your client's records. Deleting your account deletes everything.
